We had a team of builders arrive bright and early on Monday morning to begin working on the Dupree Studio.
Based in the rural village of Castle Bytham, we are lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful countryside and attached to the side of our office is a spacious barn conversion.
However, for the past few years the fantastic space inside the barn has been going to waste, acting only as a home to spiders and collecting cobwebs, whilst we have been busy planning for its refurb.
The barn was built in the 17th century and it features wide cast iron doors, thick beamed ceilings and traditional brickwork looking out on to a dovecote, an orchard and a paddock filled with sheep.
A full renovation is now underway, with the walls to be knocked down and rebuilt, electrics to be installed and only the very best furnishings to be fitted.

The studio will be diverse and versatile in its use and we are looking to offer a professional, state of the art kitchen space perfect for business use, whether you are looking to hire the space to train chefs or develop menus.
There will also be a tasting and presentation room with conference and training facilities and we will offer video and photographic facilities ideal for making commercials or TV.
If this space already sounds exciting to your or your business, please feel free to get in touch for more information.
